Job Description We are seeking a full-time Office/Administrative Assistant for support in our expanding corporate office in the East Bay of Hayward, CA. This position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with great organizational, multi-tasking, customer service and communication skills. If you like supporting an office in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your day to day responsibilities, we would like to hear from you! Responsibilities will include: Phone coverage: Dispatching calls to appropriate person/department Phone support with logging jobs and providing info to clients Greet employees, visitors & guests. Creating and preparing outgoing mails Coordinating office events, picking up lunches for trainings/meetings, etc. Filing, scanning, and organizing files Data entry Completing other office-related tasks as assigned Assist other departments with ad hoc projects Skills Required: High school or equivalent education required. College level education desired but not required. Phone skills, ability to screen calls and dispatch/transfer to correct department. Ability to operate a computer. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and general PC operations. Ability to interface in a business-like manner with all FRSTeam employees, vendors and guests. Ability to multi-task, correctly follow directions and remain calm under pressure. Positive, polite and cheerful attitude. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple assignments. Discreet demeanor, confidentiality required for various projects. Verbal and written communication skills.
