As a result of our growth, Customer Lobby is looking for an Office Coordinator : part time (20:25 hours a week) to help our team maintain and grow our collaborative and positive culture. This has the potential to transition to a full:time role.

Where:
Our office is located in downtown Berkeley, within a block and a half of the BART station. Our mostly open:office space has floor:to:ceiling windows, a ping:pong table, weekly lunches, and talented and collaborative co:workers.
Responsibilities:
Running the back:end of our California office will be your primary objective. As the primary keeper and implementation of culture and culture:related activities, you will also be responsible for working collaboratively with people in our CA, AZ, and CO offices. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:
:Take care of all office orders including snacks, supplies, and technology.
:Organize weekly catered lunches.
:Organize monthly events and activities in collaboration with our Culture Club.
:Assist our Senior Manager of People Operations with miscellaneous projects.
:Maintain budgets of all orders and events.
:Coordinate off:site meetings.
:Coordinate the ordering of swag.
:Coordinate travel plans for senior management.
:Work as a liaison between our CA and AZ offices on all things culture.
:Own office and facilities management.
Experience and Skills:
:A service:oriented and positive attitude is required
:A team player who performs well independently.
:Must be an organized, adaptable self:starter who thrives in an empowered, fast:paced environment.
:Efficient computer skills for documentation and research.
:Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
:Previous event planning experience is a plus.
