Job DescriptionThe qualified candidate will be integral in the continued success and growth of our Company. Candidates must possess a high energy level, strong administrative skills with emphasis on organizational abilities, interpersonal communications, and customer service skills.Must have attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Must have a positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and able to work under pressure.Duties to include: Will assist with logistics, material delivery to sites, and administrative tasks such as insurance certificates, preliminary notices, and email/written correspondence. Supports the project staff and communicates with Project Managers and Field Staff. Takes meeting minutes records action items, and performs basic follow-up from meetings. Assists in development of presentations. Supervises office activities to maximum expense control and productivity. Develops and oversees procedures and policies for office activities, such as filing, dictating, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, supplies and vehicle fleet. Oversees and manages office personnel. In-process and out-process personnel and other HR duties.Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified candidate must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Express and Access. Must type minimum 60 WPM. Candidate must have extensive experience with the use of Smartphone and texting. Experience scheduling and coordinating a fluid construction and service call dispatch schedule. Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience HR/Office Management. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in the Construction Industry. Ability to successfully communicate with Field Technicians, Inspectors and customers. Must have strong ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to draft business correspondence letters. Keen attention to detail and ability to apply reason in working their way thru assigned tasks. Ability to properly prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are always met on time. Experience working in construction environment. Be Self Motivated, hard working and oriented to detail. Be a TEAM PLAYER contributing to the continued success, growth and excellent reputation of FDU. Good written and oral communication skills.
