Position Overview: Focus on the delivery of the customers solutions by scheduling service resources based on a project statement of work and timeline. The Client Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and closing out small projects or complex MAC orders within the constraints of cost, quality, scope and schedule. Responsibilities:Coordinates scheduling of resources based on a SOW;Coordinate project review meetings with internal resources;Serve as single point of contact for all project related issues and concerns;Interface with CI teams and ensure project objects are met;Ensure projects are completed on time, with proper closeout paperworkManages expedited projects with non:complex scopes of workManages complex MACs such as CM License Moves and TransfersCoordinates T1 installationsManages 3rd Party Only projectsCoordinates License adds/moves/changes for RTU ordersUnderstands our pricing model and billing procedures Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelors degree or high school diploma combined with relative work experience in a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi:task and prioritize.
