Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry:leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings : carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical:based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical:based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
:Working jointly with Program Management team to achieve program revenue targets set by Management.
:Ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements and are within the agreed budget.
:Assist in quotations for RFQ's and bid proposals and ensure that they are in line with Company's goals and objectives.
:Working together with Planner and Production to establish realistic due dates for product delivery.
:Working directly with external production teams and purchasing to ensure all orders are processed and on time compared to commit dates.
:Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product delivery schedules, quality, and pricing.
:Communicate all relative information to the customer in a timely manner.
:Improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
:Provide regular updates to Management on progress of key accounts and projects.
:Continuously improve processes and tools to keep pace with business and market change.
:Create custom reports for cross:functional team and stored procedure
:Assisting managing Expandable ERP system and MS Access software.
:3:5 years' experience in a high technology company, preferably in contract manufacturing.
:2 year or 4 year degree preferred
:Previous experience in managing customer relationships.
:Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
:Excellent written and oral communication skills.
:Able to work as part of a team.
:Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
:Preferably experience with SQL database using Crystal Report and MS access
