The Corporate Trainer has primary duties in the areas of designing, delivering, administering and evaluating training curriculum (and associated learning materials and job aids) to help staff develop their knowledge, skills and abilities to improve personal and organizational performance. The Corporate Trainer also has primary ownership over the configuration and administration of the AllianceA?s Learning Management and Performance Management Systems. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Design and deliver effective training programs, including New Hire Orientation and programs related to Human Resources policies and procedures. Create new programs, update existing programs, and incorporate best practices from other organizations. Serve as subject matter expert on training and development resources, including the AllianceA?s Learning Management System. Become expert on system and educational materials available, configure enrollment and license assignments, advise others on LMS contents, produce routine and ad:hoc reports, analyze content and recommend changes in courses at annual renewal. Serve as subject matter expert on the AllianceA?s performance management system and processes. Produce routine and ad:hoc reports and assist with analysis of ratings and calibration of scores. Support organizationA?s management and departmental trainers on the design and delivery of their job:specific training programs and materials. Conduct train:the:trainer sessions and provide advice and support as requestedEducation BachelorA?s Degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design, training and development or business administration. Experience 4 years experience planning, designing, developing and delivering in:person and online technical training courses. Certification in instructional design or performance consulting highly preferred. Work experience in managed care and/or Medi:Cal organization preferred. Professional certifications and/or association affiliations preferred. Familiarity with Skillsoft, Dialogue Design, and Ceridian DayForce a plus. Skills/Certifications/Knowledge Required Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent customer service and collaboration skills. Knowledge of online learning and web:based applications. Knowledge of principles of training adults and transferring knowledge from training room to workspace. Knowledge of and proficiency in research, analysis and reporting methods. Knowledge of and ability to explain performance:based measurements, outcomes and metrics.
