Provide Strategy, direction for UMTS Team, Report to National Project Management Organization (NPMO) and Northern California Executive Staff. Interface with Turkey Vendor: Primary interface with Turnkey. Vendor’s Account Manager and Program Director ,Maintain site build schedule, Track Site build progress, resolve project conflicts and enforce Telecommunication requirements (Accurate Reports, Financial commitments, timely deliverables and compliance with Telecommunication Standards),work closely with Financial Analyst and Project Managers for report UMTS Financial Reports, track POs per site in order to keep the budget under control, manage Telecommunication Carrier Team: Create and Maintain Plan Of Record Project Control Submissions, primary contact for Reporting and Completion of Market Launch Readiness Checklist for EF&I.
