SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is looking for an experienced digital analytics leader to define and build the discipline of web analytics at SunPower. The ideal candidate will be strategically minded and will excel at leveraging analytics to answer key business questions and guide our digital strategy. We are looking for an outstanding communicator with the self:confidence to work comfortably with senior levels within the organization, and the ability to build alignment through collaboration in a cross:functional, matrixed environment.
In this role you will:
:Establish the long:term analytics strategy and plan for SunPower that enables customer and business optimization across our digital platforms
:Lead analysis and reporting across segments and regions
:Define corporate wide digital KPIs and metrics
:Architect SunPower's digital analytics platform, including identifying and implementing key tools and technology
:Drive A/B testing strategy through collaboration with digital marketing and segment marketing teams. Devise and conduct A/B and multi:variate test plans, analyze results and suggest opportunities for improvement
:Partner with digital team on analytics tracking implementation and QA
:Collaborate with the segment marketing and marketing automation teams to oversee the analytics implementation of new campaigns, emails and landing pages
:Produce weekly and monthly analyses of site performance and oversee the production and distribution of regular, standard reports via Tableau
:Define and create web analytics reports to identify improvements of website structure, content and call:to:actions that increase lead generation
:Manage, prioritize, and respond to ad:hoc requests for product performance analysis from internal stakeholders and product teams
:Support marketing forecasting by providing macro level trends and patterns
:Manage off:shore and on:shore analytics resources and vendors
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
:Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
:8 : 10 years of experience in digital analytics, testing and digital infrastructure
:Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud Suite of products
:Experience with tag management solutions
:Ability to translate a high:level business questions into detailed analytic approaches and methodo
