- A bachelors degree, preferably in a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS Project or Product Management or Business Analysis.
- Solid experience in intermodal shipping or logistics is highly desired; transportation or supply chain experience would also be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts, practices, and procedures for software development, including story writing and test case writing.
- A solid understanding of how Enterprise and SaaS software is developed. This is not a developer role, but you should be savvy enough to understand process and be able to speak effectively with technical people.
- Saas experience including supporting external customers who have purchased a product.
- Excellent project management and reporting skills with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of a product.
