Job Description:/h3:
Private real estate investment company seeking Commercial Property Asset Manager to be responsible for oversight of company owned assets, which would include property maintenance, financial budgeting and reporting, acquisitions and dispositions, tenant relations and lease administration for office, industrial and retail properties (approximately fifty tenants).
Responsibilities
Manage overall day:to:day operations of approximately fifteen properties with approximately fifty tenants
Advise and assist on new asset acquisitions
Assist with property dispositions
Develop and execute leasing, capital and value:added investment strategies
Negotiate office, retail and industrial leases; handle lease administration
Communicate proactively and effectively with tenants and vendors
Produce annual operating and capital budgets on properties
Oversee operating expenses and capital and tenant improvement projects
Monitor and report performance, budget variances and changes in property conditions
Complete the annual reconciliation of CAMs
Respond to after:hour calls/emergencies on the properties
Engage and direct third:party vendors
Oversee the collection of past due rent, including preparation of any legal notices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recent multi:tenant property management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Kardin a plus
Recent experience with office, retail and industrial propertie
Other
Ability to work independently in a small office environment
Ability to multi:task on a range of projects across different asset classes
