We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Brokerage Team. The Financial Analyst will support Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation Brokers that are based in Walnut Creek, San Francisco, San Rafael, Sacramento, and Stockton. This role will be based in our Walnut Creek, CA office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform financial analyses, including cash flow projections with complex lease and financing structures, and sensitivity analyses.Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models.Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning capabilities.Assist with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.Assist with preparation of deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client.Manage the due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactions.Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models.Read and review real estate documents (ie leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients.Organize historical client contact/activity.Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.Review and analyze client's quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other material as part of project due diligence process.Manage/support JLL and external technology tools. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Real Estate with outstanding academic record; we will selectively consider May 2017 graduates & December 2017 graduates with significant internship experience.
