Job Description:/h3:
The Marketing Manager is ultimately responsibility for the organizations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the organization while optimizing expenditures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and manages the full implementation cycle of the departments strategic plan by setting out objectives for each strategic area of the department and executing the plan for achieving those objectives.
:
Oversees media presence and direct programs to improve all properties online and offline presence, reputation and recognition.
:
Responsible for seeking innovative and cost:effective methods of enhancing organizations revenue.
:
Management of four direct reports and outside consultants and vendors.
:
Develops effective methods to monitor overall residential property portfolio lead utilization and present results at bi:monthly Regional Meetings.
:
Ensures organizations marketing strategies are responsive to the competition by identifying demographics, market trends and best practices
:Responsible for the development and implementation of special events. Ensures all events are planned to capture the attention of the intended audience. Oversees the production of each event ensuring all appropriate sponsorships are achieved and all details are managed in a creative, timely and cost efficient manner.

Develops training program to support marketing programs and strategy for management and field personnel.
:
Routinely visits each quarter the organizations residential properties to make on:site evaluations of marketing needs and improvements.
:
Develops and directs targeted lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives for under:performing organization assets and newly acquired properties.
:
Analyzes effectiveness of conversion rates for advertising campaigns and recommends changes when necessary.
:
Oversees the management of the organizations online reputation through social media review sites.
:
Develops content and oversee design and production of all new and existing marketing collaterals including corporate websites.
:
Proposes Annual Plan and Budget for the Marketing department and ensures budgeted goals and objectives are being met.
:
Some travel to off:site locations mostly in the
Sacramento/Stockton area for meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
:
B.S. degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or related field
:
MBA or Masters Degree in related field desirable
:
Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, real estate industry preferred
:
A creative and innovative thinker with a track record of successfully developing marketing strategies
:
Must demonstrate effective and highly visible leadership skills
:
Must possess excellent written and oral communication, analytical and management skills
:
Mastery of Excel, Word and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
