Job Description Multifamily Property Manager Tricon Residential Corporation - El Cerrito, CA $60,000 to $80,000 a year + Commission Residential Property Manager - El Cerrito, CA Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 a year Base Salary + Commission, Tricon Residential is seeking an experienced commercial onsite property manager to join our fantastic team! We are looking for at least 3 years of commercial property management experience in a candidate. Ideally he/she will have experience with residential apartment buildings. CA real estate license required. An associates or bachelors degree is a plus but not required. About Tricon Residential Tricon Residential is a 25-year-old, owner investor commercial property management firm. Our portfolio includes rental property throughout the bay area. Primary Responsibilities: Establish and maintain positive relationships with ownership, tenants, and vendors and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently Oversee building leasing; show vacant units, run credit reports, prepare tenant approval package, prepare leases and renewal agreements for Ownership approval and obtain tenant COI. Manager daily building operations - oversee vendors' workmanship, associated invoicing and service contracts. Manage CAP Ex improvements/upgrades and tenant improvement projects Determine project specifications, obtain competitive bids, select and administer contracted services. Monitor rent delinquencies and prepare and serve 3 day notices. Prepare and administer annual budgets and CA Reconciliations Prepare monthly financial narratives and accompany financial reports to ownership Monitor tenant accounts for bill back expenses, rent calculations and monthly base rent. Monitor and report any legal matters Education/Experience Required: 3-5 years commercial real estate experience CA real estate license required Ability to delegate, prioritize, multi task Extraordinary organizational skills Ability to work with speed and accuracy Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-versed in residential lease terminology and associated legal requirements With your resume, please submit: 1.
