Administrator/Transaction Coordinator wanted to join our new location and growing team.

Busy real estate office in the Tri-Valley area is looking for a full time Administrator and Transaction Coordinator.

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

WILL TRAIN. MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN.

WILL HELP WITH THE REAL ESTATE LICENSING PROCESS.

Experience with online platform a plus.

Job duties include answering phones, interacting with agents and customers, processing sales paperwork, updating MLS, maintaining broker files and logs, creating broker demands, ordering office supplies, monthly billing, and assisting with open houses and local community events and much more.

-Working knowledge of Real Estate and enjoy working in the Real Estate field
- Transaction Coordination Experience a plus. Real estate, transaction coordination, California real estate, customer service, admin one year
