Job Description:/h3:

The Kitchen Manager oversees and contributes to the planning, organization, and training necessary to achieve restaurant objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, communication and awareness, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and compliance. You are responsible for executing all kitchen standards and processes to include: food, service, safety, guest relations, ambience, labor, accountability, training practices. We looking into creating a new concept you will be deeply involved in making this new concept work.
:Oversee the daily operation of food service staff
:Monitor quality of products and services produced
:Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
:Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
:Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
:Oversee Kitchen on all menu
offerings/changes/pricing. This includes coordination with Events Manager in producing and maintaining private events offerings.
:Previous experience in food service or other related fields
:Knowledge of common food safety practices
:Strong leadership qualities
:Ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment
:Excellent written and communication skills
