:Knowledge of Healthcare, barcode technology and AIDC industry

:Proficient in social media marketing including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
:Knowledge of relevant computer applications, Microsoft Office, Sage 100

:Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
:Superior multi:tasking prowess with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
:Very strong planning and organizational skills with attention to details
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
:Achieve and exceed assigned quotas
:Proactively develop new accounts by prospecting
:Consistently close opportunities and fill your sales pipeline with new prospects
:Penetrate and maintain existing customer relationships
:Manage day to day customer requirements, deliver unsurpassed customer service
:Create and maintain an accurate customer database
:Initiate resolution of any customer complaints or product issues
:Ability to identify new opportunities with new prospects or existing customers
:Analyze and manage sales territory to achieve best results
:Clearly articulate and direct your customers with new ideas and solutions
:Prepare business proposals and quotes
:Continually develop selling skills and product knowledge
:Monitor and assess customer satisfaction
:Initiate the sales order process through Sage 100
:Prepare monthly sales forecasts and yearly territory business plan
The territory will cover all of the Bay Area including Sacramento and San Jose. The company is located Irvine; however, we are looking for a Representative to oversee current customers and prospect new customers. The position requires traveling and autonomy.
