Commercial Channel Program Analyst
The Channel Program Analyst, supports the best commercial solar dealer channel in the Americas. This position manages the daily activities ofchannel programs, policies and processes, and communications to internal sales teams and dealers. Cross functional collaboration is key as this position sits at the nexus of sales, operations, product management, finance and marketing.
Additionally, the Analyst is responsible for execution of the channel communication strategy including schedule planning and content creation, managing existing communication tools/channels, and evaluating/developing a more effective strategy to achieve our aggressive growth goals for this unit.
To succeed in this role the candidate will possess a combination big:picture vision, critical thinking and creativity, project management skills with detail:oriented execution, and savvy communication skills with the ability to convince external and internal stakeholders of the validity of an approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANS RESPONSIBLITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Channel Program Metrics: Manage channel strategy execution including owning the channel program reporting and key business metrics (revenue, training/certifications, share of account, co:branding requirements, etc.) including executive summaries and business improvement recommendations that drive additional SunPower revenue.
Partner Readiness : Support the Go:to:Market product and service launch process into the channel including working with Product Management to develop the channel adoption strategy, working closely with training and subject matter experts to craft and manage the internal/external channel communication and planning/executing end of life product transitions.
Competitive Analysis : Analyze channel competitive data to form competitive response plans based on detailed share of account analysis by region and sub:region and in:depth analysis of competitive offers and marketing programs. Analyst must also maintain an Excel:based competitive pricing tool used for calculating price competitiveness of SunPower systems versus competitive alternatives.
