We are a highly data:driven marketing team that is constantly seeking to improve. The Marketing Coordinators job includes content development, social media management, marketing and brand strategy, content marketing, partner marketing, paid advertising, event planning, and sales enablement programs.
+ Create marketing content: write blog posts, emails, call scripts, value propositions, blog posts, landing pages and other outbound communications.
+ Create graphics and other visual assets.
+ Plan out marketing content with a consistent voice and intent.
+ Plan your own marketing events with industry professionals and/or attend tradeshows and conventions.
+ Always test, evaluate, report and measure marketing results and react appropriately.
+ Work to cultivate relationships with industry leaders in order to develop partnerships and co:author content campaigns.
+ Work closely with marketing operations to manage the marketing calendar and ensure all lead scoring and nurture programs are constantly monitored and optimized.
+ Take a creative approach to marketing and develop your own projects and campaigns
Were a small and flexible team, so you will have freedom to come up with your own ideas and approaches to marketing. If there is a part of the job you really excel at, youll be able to focus more heavily on that area.
+ BA/BS in Media Studies, Marketing, Business or related fields (or related work experiences)
+ Experience authoring and formatting professional documents.
+ Experience writing blog posts or managing social media accounts.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong copywriting and copyediting skills.
+ Meticulous and fastidious attention to detail.
+ Personal or Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and a desire to use these tools on a regular basis.
+ Experience creating graphics, info graphics, and other digital assets. If you dont have formal experience, you should at least be interested in creating these assets.
+ Proven knowledge of inbound marketing best practices.
+ Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
+ Nice to have: Some familiarity with graphic design tools.
+ Nice to have: Familiarity with the legal industry and/or legal professionals
