Job Description / Information + Responsible and accountable for voice of customer, product and branding messaging, regional launches, product and therapy training, portfolio management, competition intel, KOL engagement, key operational marketing activities and implementation of regional marketing strategies for assigned product lines within North America + Emphasis on building in-market execution excellence to deliver both short and long-term goals. Key activities include executing on business plans, presentations, proposals, sales and market development tools, data analysis, customer communication, event coordination, tradeshows, and tracking of key initiatives aimed at exceeding divisional sales and profitability objectives + Gather and share voice of customer upstream to Global Marketing and R&D + Deeply understand the competition and manage competitive intelligence +

In coordination with the Global Marketing team, develop and execute product launch strategies + Assure highest product and therapy expertise, internally and externally, to include 1:1 training, field procedure assistance, physician trainings + Implementation of regional marketing strategies, including development of local tactics, in close cooperation with marketing teammates while also leveraging cross-functional teams + Product portfolio management, including strategic prioritizations, forecasting, supply chain mgmt., line extensions, etc. + Responsible for product life cycle management including end of life planning/execution and product matrix optimization for assigned product lines + Supports key operational activities, including product recalls, backorders, inventory, etc. in coordination with cross-functional partners + Support Mar Com/Events, including nationwide Stryker NV events, workshops and congresses + Assure excellence in KOL management in conjunction with sales team + Devise and interpret regular marketing information: + Sales analysis + Pricing / Profitability / ROI analysis + Market Intelligence and Reimbursement Minimum Qualifications + Undergraduate degree required + MBA preferred + 5+ years of successful related business experience + Demonstrated performance to deliver on revenue, market share and/or profitability objectives + Demonstrated ability to develop product knowledge, understand market dynamics and collect competitive insights; ability to turn those insights into targeted tools and programs to meet commercial objective
