SunPower is seeking a SeniorSales Operations Analyst to provide operational and analytical support for the Commercial Americas Business Unit. The SeniorSales Operations Analyst reports to the VP of Commercial Operationsand will be responsible for supporting BU Senior Management manage and synchronize the business unit, including forecasting, budgeting, and allocating materials and resources. The position will involve close interactions across departments, including Sales, Digital, Marketing, Project Finance, Project Management, Design and other corporate departments in carrying out job responsibilities.
:Provide business analysis : forecast, measure, track and report business outlook, bookings, sales opportunities, quota attainment, revenue and operating expenses
:Develop and report regularly on business metrics; develop business models, including profit and loss, growth sensitivities, and lead to revenue models
:Continually document, re:assess and re:design key internal procedures related to sales activities; ensure operational standards are maintained
:Manage sales aspects of CRM : Ensure sales data integrity and adequate updating; continuously improve tool functionality.
:Support business unit planning, working closely with sales leaders
:Interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels across multiple departments
:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
:3:4 years experience in sales operations/analyst role, preferably with multi:million dollar capital projects having long and complex sales cycles
:Strong knowledge of business processes and strategy
:Track record of successful program/project management
:Excellent analytical and organizational skills
:Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
:Capable working in a team environment; ability to encourage and leverage ideas/inputs from others
:Excellent interpersonal, oral communications, and written communication skills
:Strong personal initiative to take ownership of work product and strive for results
:Solar industry experience preferred
:Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
