We are on a mission to connect patients to the essential coverage they need. There are many unknown options when faced with a health crisis that are in place to help people in need. Our team has developed a platform to help doctors give patients every option they can find in order to get the medical care they need.
We are a start:up sized team of 16 people, we are privately funded and growing If youre looking for a team where you can drive and lead our sales team, work ground floor with our clients in hospitals and doctors offices and majorly impact lives and the healthcare industry, then this is your team
Location: Walnut Creek (with option to go remote eventually)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our team has identified a gap in revenue cycle for hospitals and Revenue Cycle Management companies. Our product fills the gap in discovering private and public financing for the uninsured. We have contracts in this space are are looking to scale. We are seeking to fill a very specific role dedicated to building our partnerships with Revenue Cycle Management companies, consultants, and hospitals. You will be working closely with VP of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
:
Utilize direct networks to gain new customers
:
Drive conversations with RCMs and industry consultants
:
Develop relationships and agreements with channel partners to grow our footprint in the
hospital space
:
Present and demo the product
:
Establish and deliver ROI presentations
:
Develop and execute sales strategy with Product, Sales, Marketing and CEO
:
Forecast sales weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
:
Meet and exceed established quota
:
Attend industry conferences
:
Regularly meet with product team to communicate product needs, enhancements, and
design elements
:
Build and nurture C:level relationships across top accounts
:
Requirements
:
Self:starter with hunter and can:do attitude
:
SaaS sales experience
:
Experienced phone skills
:
Consultative selling and closing
:
Proven track record in enterprise, hierarchy sales
:
Virtual meeting presentation skills
:
Face to face meeting presentation skills
:
Be willing to travel up to 50 of the time
:
Experience working for an RCM company
SKILLS:
:
5+ years experience in operations for RCM/Hospital space
:
7+ years enterprise healthcare sales experience
