Job Description
Overview
The Construction Project Manager/Estimator is responsible to meet and exceed sales goals and construction work in progress for existing and new clients. Bravo Building Co offers services within the engineering and construction fields with a variety of products to meet our clients needs. This position requires superior sales skills and strong knowledge of project estimation and management proceedures.
The successful job candidate will have significant experience in administrative tasks, CRM/Sales Pipeline organization, media organization for projects and sales presentations. Strong communication skills are necessary as responsibilities will include customer interactions and meetings, interacting from point of sale to project initiation, reporting duties and overall management tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
:Sales and project estimation. Must have experience with computing sales numbers and general math skills.
:Overall project management and progress scheduling
:Review requested estimation service items within the field, providing
photographical/video representation and organized notes with recommendations.
:Review, organize and estimate project
blueprints/architectural plan sets.
:Review, organize and estimate RFP/RFQ projects. maintain records of RFP/RFQ notes, changes and requests to procurement decision.
:Type up sales and estimates to include any necessary pricing, identification, media and project notes to be sent to clientele.
:Meet and interact with customers in the field to answer questions and review estimates/sales recommendations.
:Coordinate weekly schedule of estimates/meetings with customers.
:Submit, follow:up and initiate sales and estimate project scopes.
:Coordinate approved sales/estimates with office staff/divisions for scheduling, materials coordination and billing/payment
submissions/entries.
:Coordinate materials and site furnishings with vendors for sales projects with availability and
deliveries/pickups.
:Manage/organize business email to initiate follow:ups,
revisions/addendums, questions and all customer relations to ensure quality customer service.
:Manage/note project initiation meetings with
crews/staff/foremen/supervisors.
:Work closely with
vendors/subcontractors to ensure good working relationships, updated pricing, materials availability, and upcoming project quotes.
:Create and maintain change order sales forms.
:Input sales data of bids sent/approved into CRM and sales pipeline system for organization and follow:ups.
:In field meetings with
crews/supervisors/foremen to ensure quality understanding of project proposals.
Skills and Education
:Adept and skilled at Google Tools (Docs, Forms and Sheets).
:Strong communication skills.
:Able to work independently and with various teams.
:Minimum of 3:5 year of construction experience for vertical (building ground up) and horizontal (engineering excavation, grading and underground pipeline) projects.
:Bachelor degree in Construction Management and/or related verifiable experience.
:Proficient with computer software programs including Sage:Master Builder (or similar program).
:Strong work ethic.
:Effective oral and written communication skills.
:Prior experience with a record of success in a consultative sales environment.
:Familiar with budgeting, job costing and business operations is a plus.
:Valid California Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
